On Friday, December 6th, the Brandeis 2nd Grade students received their first Chumash. Siblings, parents and grandparents joined the guests of honor for a special presentation. Once the performance was complete, students gathered underneath a Talit and were blessed as they celebrated this momentous occasion. The performance was coordinated by 2nd Grade Teachers, Morah Ruth Hirsh & Ms. Alison Troyetsky with Mr. Zvi Lampert providing musical accompaniment.
